Job summary

Chitra Productions is seeking an Allied Trades Specialist Instructor for Advanced Leader Course Phase 2 in Fort Lee, VA. The role involves delivering hands-on and classroom instruction, maintaining MOS certifications, and evaluating student performance.

Applicants must hold an active SECRET clearance, have MOS 91E30 qualifications, and complete the required courses with experience in military training environments.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET security clearance is required.
• Qualified in MOS 91E30, Allied Trades Specialist.
• ALC Phase 2 completion and four years of prior military service preferred.
• Strong communication and instructional qualifications expected.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom, laboratory, and hands-on instruction for MOS 91E30 ALC Phase 2.
• Teach approved technical, tactical, and PME course content.
• Prepare, operate, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair training equipment and aids.
• Administer examinations and maintain student records.
• Develop and update lesson plans and training materials.
• Coordinate training resources with Government personnel.
• Use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and training systems.
