Qualifications

• Familiarity with computer systems and data entry.
• Spanish/English bilingual skills.
• Experience in a call center or public safety field preferred.
• One year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Non-emergency call taking: handle inquiries, gather info, and route requests.
• Emergency call taking: assess, dispatch, and provide guidance per protocol.
• Police Dispatch: manage calls for service and coordinate resources.
• Fire/EMS Dispatch: deploy units and monitor evolving incident details.
