Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Acquire and maintain EMD, APCO PST1 or department certification within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Answer emergency and non-emergency calls for EMS, Fire, or Police services.
• Dispatch appropriate units following SOPs and field specialization.
• Enter information into CAD, VESTA, EMSystem and related systems accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow established protocols.
• Work shifts vary and may include 24/7 coverage.
