We are looking for an English-fluent PART-TIME Bilingual SaaS Sales Representative, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We seek someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces change while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested, proactive individual who is constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage a qualified sales pipeline in the LatAm and U.S. markets.
  • Own the entire sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, demos, follow-ups, negotiations, and closing.
  • Customize sales pitches for small and mid-sized businesses with a consultative approach.
  • Communicate technical value propositions in a simple and engaging way.
  • Collaborate with the founding team to refine go-to-market strategy and improve lead conversion.
  • Manage prospects using Inspiration AI’s custom-built CRM.
  • Serve as a cultural bridge for LatAm clients—building trust and rapport in both Spanish and English.

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in SaaS or tech product sales.
  • Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish (native-level) and English (professional-level).
  • Experience selling to small and mid-sized businesses in Latin America and the U.S.
  • Comfortable working independently with strong time management and follow-through skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms like Salesforce, Pipedrive, or Monday.com.
  • Consultative sales approach with experience conducting demos and closing high-value deals.
  • Clear communicator with a sharp understanding of the tech and AI space.
  • A self-starter mindset: thrives with little supervision and loves owning results.

Compensation:

  • The salary range for this part-time (20H/W) position varies from USD $800 - $1,200 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
  • This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
  • The talent will work REMOTELY, allocated at our client.
