Job summary

EPG is seeking a Systems Engineer for an established high-voltage battery and power-electronics company, focusing on a new 800V program and data-center backup power. You will own the top-level requirements, system architecture, and safety case, serving as the technical face to datacenter customers.

You will lead requirements management, interface control, and program leadership, while driving compliance with UL 9540/9540A, IEEE 1547 and NFPA 855 and managing schedule and risk in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering.
• 7+ years of systems engineering or technical program management for power or energy systems.
• Requirements and interface management across multi-disciplinary hardware programs.
• Customer-facing experience (requirements discovery, proposal development).
• This role is onsite in the Pacific Northwest.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship (US Persons only, export-control requirement).

Responsibilities

• Own requirements management, interface control, and program leadership for the 800V program.
• Set top-level requirements and flow them down across all workstreams.
• Own interface control, system architecture, and the safety case.
• Be the customer-facing technical point of contact for data center operators.
• Drive compliance (UL 9540/9540A, IEEE 1547, NFPA 855) and manage schedule and risk.
