ConnectedHealth is seeking a dedicated CNA for an 8-week contract in or near Montevideo, Minnesota. The role provides direct patient care to residents, assisting with daily living activities and maintaining safety and comfort according to facility protocols.

Qualified candidates will hold a Minnesota CNA certification, have at least 1 year of long-term care experience, and be able to wear scrubs with solid shoes. Benefits and competitive pay are included.
