ConnectedHealth in Redwood Falls, MN, is seeking a CNA for an 8-week assignment to provide direct patient care and support within a clinical team. You will document patient status in the EMR and help develop care plans, while maintaining safety and infection control standards.

This role requires Minnesota CNA certification, CPR, First Aid, and at least 1 year of CNA experience in long-term care, hospital, or rehabilitation settings. Shifts are 12 hours with scrubs and supportive teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minnesota CNA certification required.
• CPR certification.
• First aid certification.
• At least 1 year CNA experience in long-term care, hospital, or rehab setting.
• Ability to wear scrubs and solid shoes during shifts.
• Physical ability to stand and lift patients for 12-hour shifts.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities
