Tawas Area Middle School is seeking a dedicated 7th Grade Girls' Basketball Coach for the upcoming season. This seasonal role focuses on developing student-athletes' skills, fostering teamwork, and promoting positive sportsmanship culture.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for basketball, a commitment to student development, and the ability to motivate young athletes, while upholding school policies and ensuring safety during practices and games.

Qualificações

• Previous coaching experience, preferably at middle school level or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of basketball fundamentals, rules, and strategies.
• Ability to effectively communicate with students, parents and school staff.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills to inspire young athletes.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred or must be obtained prior to the start of the season.

• Foster sportsmanship and respect among players, coaches, and opponents.
• Attend all scheduled games and practices, maintaining a consistent presence for the team.
