You will lead practices, teach fundamentals, and coordinate with the varsity staff to align goals and strategies while ensuring safety and positive conduct throughout the season.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching at high school or junior high level preferred.
• Strong knowledge of basketball fundamentals, strategies, and rules.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with students, parents, and staff.
• Ability to motivate young athletes and develop skills.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and schedules.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or must be obtained before season start.
• Must pass a background check per district policy.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends for practices and games.

Responsibilities
