Responsibilities

• Implements research-based instructional strategies to promote student achievement.
• Delivers differentiated instruction based on student knowledge and learning style.
• Designs engaging, standards-based lesson plans per district guidelines.
• Maintains a classroom environment conducive to maximizing learning.
• Collaborates with ESL, SpEd, TAG, RTI teams to support at-risk or special needs students.
• Maintains accurate data-based documentation of student performance and progress.
