Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implements research-based instructional strategies to promote student achievement.
• Delivers differentiated instructional activities based on student knowledge and needs.
• Designs and submits engaging, standards-based lesson plans.
• Implements district curriculum as articulated in documents.
• Maintains a classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Creates and enforces classroom rules and procedures.
• Plans/prepares instructional activities, materials, centers, and assessments.
• Provides on-site attendance and various modes of instruction.
• Collaborates with ESL/SpEd/TAG/RTI teams to support at-risk students.
• Maintains data-based documentation of student progress during interventions.
• Communicates with parents and stakeholders regularly.
