Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from four year college or university.
• Must meet Highly Qualified status.
• Valid Texas teacher certification in respective content and grade level.
• ESL Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Implements research-based instructional strategies to promote student achievement.
• Delivers differentiated instruction based on student needs.
• Designs standards-based lesson plans per district guidelines.
• Maintains a productive classroom environment.
• Collaborates with ESL, SpEd, TAG, RTI teams to support at-risk students.
• Works with staff to ensure consistent instructional delivery.
