Challenge Manufacturing in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Facilities Janitorial teammate for a 2nd shift (12:00 PM–8:30 PM, Monday–Friday). You will maintain cleanliness and safety of assigned areas, perform routine cleaning, sanitization, and light repairs, and support landscape upkeep.

This role requires a High School Diploma (or equivalent) and at least 2 years of janitorial experience. The company emphasizes ESOP ownership, safety, teamwork, and career stability with a broad benefits package.
