Challenge Manufacturing in Holland, MI is seeking a Custodian/Janitorial to perform cleaning and maintenance to ensure a clean, safe, and presentable facility. This role follows standard work and daily checklists and requires ability to work with little supervision while upholding company safety standards.

Responsibilities include cleaning fixtures, sanitizing restrooms, dusting and mopping, trash removal, and occasional repairs.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of professional janitorial experience.
• Attention to detail and conscientiousness required.

Responsibilities

• Follow standard work and daily checklists.
• Clean and repair building fixtures including lights, locks, windows, doors, walls and floors.
• Clean, sanitize, and stock restrooms/locker rooms.
• Clean and sanitize lunchrooms floors, furniture and counters.
