Salary Range: $20.00 - $23.00 hourly

Responsibilities

• Take initiative to process, pack, and ship orders accurately and timely.
• Follow written directions and use RF guns for order processing.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks; prior experience is required.
• Compete against yourself and teammates while maintaining safety.
• Lead by example in an ethical manner.
• Maintain inventory, restock, and replenish products.
• Inspect products for damages and report findings.
• Keep the warehouse clean and orderly.
• Receive, sort, and store incoming products.
• Prepare products for shipping and verify accuracy against packing slips.
• Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Preferred: high school diploma; GED with prior experience also acceptable.
• 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge and prior experience with warehouse data systems.
• Excellent communication and inventory management skills.
• Dynamic and growth-minded personality.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Specific vision abilities may be required (close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, good depth perception).
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; at least two hours straight, four times per eight-hour day.
• Ability to twist, bend, stoop, squat, reach above shoulder level, and crouch frequently.
• Use of hands and feet simultaneously for repetitive movements.
• Exposure to occasional extreme temperature shifts (cold to hot).
• Exposure to loud noises and dust.
• Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts and equipment.
• If operating industrial lift equipment, ability to get on and off equipment regularly; certain equipment may expose to heights.
