Job summary

Frontline Personnel is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in a Long-Term Care rehab and Skilled Nursing Facility setting. You will use purposeful activities to maximize independence and improve patient wellbeing, with a focus on elderly care and functional outcomes.

Occupational Therapist(OT) Qualification:

• A Current Occupational Therapist(OT)license by the State is REQUIRED.
• Experience is preferred, however we are accepting new grads.

Occupational Therapist (OT) Responsibilities:

As anOccupational Therapist (OT)at Frontline Personnel, you will perform a variety of tasks in a Long-Term Care rehab, Skilled Nursing Facility for elderly patients, including:

• Use purposeful activities or interventions to maximize independence and maintain health in individuals with limitations due to:
  • Physical injury or illness
  • Cognitive impairment
  • Psychosocial dysfunction
  • Mental illness
  • Developmental or learning disability
  • Adverse environmental conditions
• Conduct skilled observation and administer or interpret standardized and non-standardized tests to identify areas needing occupational therapy services.
