Job summary

Frontline Personnel is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehab team at a skilled nursing facility in Staten Island, NY. This full-time role offers a $7,500 sign-on bonus and an hourly wage of $46–$54.

You will evaluate patients, develop therapy plans, and contribute to improving overall health and independence for residents. Licensed OTs and new graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• A current Occupational Therapist (OT) license by the State is required.
• Experience is preferred, however we are accepting new grads.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of tasks in a Long-Term Care rehab facility for elderly patients.

Occupational Therapist (OT) Responsibilities:

As anOccupational Therapist (OT)at Frontline Personnel, you will perform a variety of tasks in a Long-Term Care rehab, Skilled Nursing Facility for elderly patients, including:

• Use purposeful activities or interventions to maximize independence and maintain health in individuals with limitations due to:

  • Physical injury or illness

  • Cognitive impairment

  • Psychosocial dysfunction

  • Mental illness

  • Developmental or learning disability

  • Adverse environmental conditions

• Conduct skilled observation and administer or interpret standardized and non-standardized tests to identify areas needing occupational therapy services.
