Job summary

Frontline Personnel is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in a Long-Term Care rehab and Skilled Nursing Facility for elderly patients in the New York area. The role offers flexible full-time and per-diem opportunities, with competitive pay and benefits.

You will use purposeful activities to maximize independence, perform assessments, and collaborate with care teams to support patient wellbeing. New grads welcome; state OT license required.

Qualifications

• A Current Occupational Therapist(OT) license by the State is REQUIRED.
• Experience is preferred, however we are accepting new grads.

Responsibilities

• As an Occupational Therapist (OT) at Frontline Personnel, you will perform a variety of tasks in a Long-Term Care rehab, Skilled Nursing Facility for elderly patients, including:
• Use purposeful activities or interventions to maximize independence and maintain health in individuals with limitations due to physical injury or illness, cognitive impairment, psychosocial dysfunction, mental illness, developmental or learning disability, or adverse environmental conditions.
• Conduct skilled observation and administer or interpret standardized and non-standardized tests to identify areas needing occupational therapy services.
