Job summary

Frontline Personnel is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team at a Long-Term Care rehab and Skilled Nursing Facility in Staten Island, NY. A $7,500 sign-on bonus is offered, with pay ranging from $46 to $54 per hour for full-time work.

We welcome both experienced OTs and new grads, with flexible shifts and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401k match, and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapist license by the State is REQUIRED.
• Experience is preferred, however we are accepting new grads.

Occupational Therapist (OT) Responsibilities:

As anOccupational Therapist (OT)at Frontline Personnel, you will perform a variety of tasks in a Long-Term Care rehab, Skilled Nursing Facility for elderly patients, including:

• Use purposeful activities or interventions to maximize independence and maintain health in individuals with limitations due to:

  • Physical injury or illness

  • Cognitive impairment

  • Psychosocial dysfunction

  • Mental illness

  • Developmental or learning disability

  • Adverse environmental conditions

• Conduct skilled observation and administer or interpret standardized and non-standardized tests to identify areas needing occupational therapy services.
