  • Establish a positive, growth-oriented classroom environment where all students can access rigorous content
  • Use data to inform instructional decisions and provide timely, meaningful feedback to students

  • Explore opportunities to offer dual-credit or advanced coursework in partnership with post-secondary institutions
Why BOLD:
  • Supportive administrative team invested in teacher growth and professional development
  • Small class sizes and a strong sense of community
  • A district that values staff voice and invests in school culture
  • Competitive salary and benefits package per negotiated agreement
  • The chance to make a meaningful, lasting impact in the lives of rural youth
