The role requires an Ohio teaching license in the content area and a bachelor's degree in education. You will differentiate instruction, track student progress, and communicate with families to support student growth.

Qualifications

• Active and current state of Ohio teaching license in appropriate content area.
• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field.
• Growth-focused coaching environment with observation and progress monitoring.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information.
• Able to supervise students in different school settings.
• Ability to pass federal and state background checks.
• Experience working in an urban environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver lesson plans with ability to modify during the year.
• Differentiated instruction to meet all students' needs.
• Maintain accurate records of students’ progress.
• Utilize research-based practices in daily planning and instruction.
