Qualifications

• Active and current Ohio teaching license in the relevant math content area.
• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field.
• Experience in growth-focused coaching with frequent observations and action planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
• Ability to supervise students across different school settings.
• Ability to pass federal and state background checks.
• Experience teaching in an urban environment.
