Qualifications

• Active state of Ohio teaching license in appropriate content area.
• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field.
• Experience in a growth-focused coaching environment with frequent observations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information.
• Able to supervise students in multiple school settings.
• Ability to pass federal and state background checks.
• Experience working in an urban environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver lesson plans with the ability to modify during the year.
• Differentiate instruction to meet all students' needs.
