Qualifications

• Experience welding and fabricating from sketches, blueprints, or instructions.
• Ability to weld in 6G position is preferred and ASME code welding qualifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lay out, position, align, and fit components for welding.
• Weld pipe, instrumentation, and vacuum jacketed piping per drawings/spec sheets.
• Assemble spool pieces into final assemblies and perform reworks as needed.
• Use arc, TIG, or submerged arc welding processes and inspect bead size and quality.
• Operate hand and power tools and maintain welding equipment.
• Ensure safety and quality standards in a moderate-noise environment.
