Job summary

BakeMark in Wisconsin is seeking an detail-oriented team member to support order processing and back-office duties in a fast-paced operation. You will load PS P orders into the NDSS system, enter orders manually when needed, and liaise with customers under supervision.

Working with the Office Supervisor, you will handle cash, assist with data input, and ensure COA and spec sheets are provided to customers as required, while upholding company policies and safety rules.

Qualifications

• Down load PS P orders into ND system view and correction of ROE edit List?
• When necessary, manual entry of orders into NDS or PSPS system.

Responsibilities

• Download PSP orders into the NDS system view and correction of ROE edit List.
• When necessary, manually enter orders into NDS or PSPS system.
• Reviews and corrects Order File Status Report. Transfers order file or routing.
• Notify customers or sales reps. of customer item outs.
• Ensures COAs, and Spec Sheets are provided to Customers as necessary.
• Daily invoicing of credit memos.
• Credit and Collections Answers telephone and direct calls to appropriate person.
• Backup to Will-Call and the positions as directed by Supervisor.
• Assist Office Supervisor with back office duties as needed; such as cash handling and NDS data input.
• Treat all customers both external and internal with dignity and respect.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety rules stated in the Employee Handbook and otherwise posted or communicated.
• Other duties will be assigned to meet company goals and objectives.
