Job summary

BakeMark is seeking a dependable maintenance/janitorial worker to provide general support across multiple departments to ensure clean, safe, and efficient operations. The role involves maintenance, cleaning, assisting with production, and helping other staff as needed.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and experience in maintenance or janitorial roles, with a strong safety mindset and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in maintenance, janitorial, or general labor is an advantage.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and facilities.
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, painting, or equipment upkeep.
• Support production teams by moving materials, stocking supplies, and preparing workstations.
• Operate basic tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Follow safety guidelines and report hazards or equipment malfunctions.
