Job summary

BakeMark is seeking a versatile Maintenance Associate to support multiple departments in our U.S. operations.

You will perform routine cleaning, basic maintenance tasks, move materials, stock supplies, and help prepare workstations to keep production running smoothly. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (or equivalent), prior experience in maintenance or janitorial roles, and the ability to follow instructions while working independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced bakery

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in maintenance, janitorial, or general labor roles is an advantage.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and facilities.
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, painting, or equipment upkeep.
• Support production teams by moving materials, stocking supplies, and preparing workstations.
• Operate basic tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Follow safety guidelines and report hazards or equipment malfunctions.
