Savvas Learning Company is seeking an on-site Educational Consultant for 6-12 Math to drive district and school change through core content, intervention, and professional development. The role emphasizes data-informed instruction and job-embedded support, with travel and close collaboration with campus leaders.

Preferred candidates have 5+ years teaching 6-12 math, experience coaching teachers, and familiarity with Savvas products to optimize classroom practice and technology integration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful teaching in a 6-12 setting.
• Experience offering workshops/coaching to teachers.
• Experience with classroom-based technology integration.
• Experience with differentiated instruction.
• Strong collaboration and team-building skills.
• Knowledge of standards-based reform, curriculum, instruction, and assessment.
• Ability to coach school leaders and teachers.

Responsibilities

• Implement classroom components and resources within the program.
• Provide job-embedded coaching and modeling for teachers.
• Observe classroom practices and give actionable feedback.
• Utilize data dashboards to inform instruction and decisions.
• Support administrators with program implementation and coaching.
• Facilitate training and provide onsite technical support to schools.
