Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a warehouse associate to support our distribution network in Statesville, NC. Responsibilities include loading/unloading, accurate picking, packing, and shipping of paint and related products, while maintaining inventory and adhering to safety standards.

Daily duties involve operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment, processing orders, and ensuring clean, organized storage areas.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently pick orders.
• Process, package, and ship orders accurately.
• Organize stock and maintain inventory.
• Inspect products for defects and damages.
• Examine incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory items appropriately.
• Operate robots to facilitate warehouse operations.
• Coordinate site damage/re-pour area.
• Abide by all company safety and quality expectations.
• Contribute ideas to improve warehousing procedures.
• Keep warehouse clean and organized daily.
