• Plan and implement instruction to meet and exceed Common Core Standards and State Frameworks.
• Use data to inform instruction, track student progress and personal growth.
• Deliver engaging, targeted instruction that aligns with MA DESE and Common Core Standards.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs and strengths.
• Maintain active communication with families about students' progress throughout the year.
• Assess student performance using formal, summative, and portfolio assessments to drive instruction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the principal.
