St. Frances Cabrini Academy is seeking a dedicated, mission‑driven educator to serve as our 5th Grade Homeroom Teacher and Middle School Math Instructor. Position Overview

The teacher will lead the 5th grade homeroom, providing a supportive, structured, and faith‑centered environment that nurtures students’ academic, social, and spiritual growth. In addition, the teacher will teach math to middle school students, delivering engaging instruction aligned with curriculum standards and best practices in math education.
