Job summary

Prime Hiring Solutions is seeking an experienced Packet Core Engineer to support deployment, integration, configuration, and verification of packet core network functions including CMM/CMG and AMF. The role involves working with design and SA SMEs to implement network solutions and ensure readiness during maintenance windows.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with 5G core architectures, network function instantiation, and end-to-end integration and testing across telecom

Qualifications

• Experience in deploying, integrating, and verifying packet core networks.
• Hands-on experience with AMF, CMM, or CMG functions.
• Knowledge of 4G LTE EPC and/or 5G Core architecture.
• Experience with NF instantiation, configuration, and deployment.
• Familiarity with MOPs, greenfield deployments, and upgrades.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead instantiation, deployment, configuration, and integration of packet core network functions.
• Perform end-to-end validation of network connectivity and functionality.
• Collaborate with design and SA SMEs to verify network solutions.
• Execute deployments using established MOPs and support greenfield deployments.
• Conduct ATP testing, health checks, and post-deployment validation.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate cross-team resolutions.
• Support network function introductions during planned maintenance windows.
• Ensure deployments meet technical specs and operational requirements.
• Document deployment activities, test results, issues, and corrective actions.
