Job summary

Compnova is seeking an experienced Packet Core Engineer on a remote C2C basis to deliver professional services for 5G core deployments across the USA and Canada. You will own end-to-end validation, MOP execution, NF instantiation (CMM/CMG/AMF), and cross-vendor integration, working with SA SMEs to ensure reliability and high availability.

Your day-to-day includes complex integration, rigorous testing (ATP), and documentation of results and procedures to support smooth production handovers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in packet core deployment and professional services.
• Hands-on experience with CMM/CMG/AMF core network functions.
• Experience in MOP execution and greenfield deployments.
• Strong testing: ATP and health checks.
• Excellent analytical and customer-facing communication.
• Willing to work remotely across USA/Canada with C2C.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for CMM/CMG/AMF instantiation and integration.
• Perform vertical and horizontal integration across cloud and core environments.
• Collaborate with SA SMEs to implement end-to-end solutions.
• Execute deployments using MOPs for FOA/FSA or support greenfield deployments.
• Perform verification testing and ATP testing.
• Support maintenance windows and change management for NFs.
• Maintain deployment runbooks and verification logs.
