Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline.
• Proficient in C/C++, Go or Python within Linux environments.
• Strong TCP/IP networking knowledge and protocols.
• Experience with distributed systems, APIs, or cloud-connected apps.
• Working knowledge of 5G NR, LTE, cellular networks, 3GPP architectures.
• Experience with TR-069, TR-369 (USP), or SNMP device management.
• REST APIs, gRPC, and SOA concepts; lab validation experience.
• Ability to analyze logs, telemetry, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance middleware, APIs, and integration services connecting wireless edge devices to cloud management platforms.
• Implement and support device provisioning workflows, configuration templates, telemetry collection, and FOTA updates.
• Develop and troubleshoot device management protocols including TR‑069, TR‑369 (USP), and SNMP.
• Build Northbound RESTful APIs and gRPC interfaces for carrier and enterprise integrations.
• Develop production-quality software on Linux-based embedded and server platforms using C, C++, Go, or Python.
• Contribute to data path processing, device orchestration, and telemetry systems.
• Perform end-to-end integration, validation, and regression testing in a lab environment.
• Investigate and resolve software, networking, and hardware integration issues on live devices.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams and technology partners on architecture and interoperability.
• Analyze packet captures, logs, and telemetry data to resolve performance issues.
