Job summary

The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of experience in RAN development and a degree in a relevant field. Strong programming skills in C/C++ and a deep understanding of mobile communication protocols are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in 5G NR or LTE RAN development (L2/L3).
• Strong programming skills in C and C++.
• Deep understanding of MAC, RLC, PDCP, RRC, NGAP protocols.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize 5G NR Layer 2/Layer 3 functionalities including MAC, RLC, PDCP, RRC, and NGAP.
• Implement advanced L2 scheduling algorithms and HARQ mechanisms.
• Collaborate on the development of UE and gNB L2/L3 stacks.
