Job summary

Elite Technical is seeking a Network Engineer for the ATAC program in Plano, TX. The role focuses on supporting Nokia Core products and 5G core networks, with emphasis on Unix/Linux and Kubernetes in a cloud-native environment.

The contractor will review CMDB data, handle tickets and communications with vendors, and participate in design discussions, with a hybrid on-site schedule in Plano.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operational support in a technical environment.
• Experience supporting Nokia Core products (NDS, UDM, HSS, HLR, PCF) or 5G core.
• Experience with Unix/Linux and/or Kubernetes.
• Experience with Subscriber Provisioning flows.
• Experience with Cloud Native environments and Dell hardware/IDRAC.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review CMDB data and update information as needed.
• Review issues, tickets, and emails and coordinate resolutions.
• Update systems and configurations as required.
• Attend meetings with vendors and design counterparts.
