Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in 5G NR or LTE RAN development (L2/L3).
• Strong programming skills in C and C++.
• Deep understanding of MAC, RLC, PDCP, RRC, NGAP protocols.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize 5G NR Layer 2/Layer 3 functionalities.
• Implement advanced L2 scheduling algorithms and HARQ mechanisms.
• Debug and troubleshoot protocol stack behaviors.

Skills

C programming

C++ programming

Debugging skills

Understanding of MAC, RLC, PDCP, RRC, NGAP protocols

Experience in LTE RAN development (L2/L3)

Familiarity with 3GPP specifications

Experience with HARQ

Experience in real-time OS or Linux kernel networking stack

Education

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
