Ascensus is seeking a Mail Operations Representative to handle mail requests for 529 plans, including sorting, scanning, and archiving documents. The role requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have 6 months of professional experience, be self-motivated, and able to provide exceptional client service while adhering to procedures and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 6 months experience in a professional work environment preferred.
• Strong analytic mindset with problem solving, organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Meet and/or exceed department standards for productivity and quality.
• Review financial vouchers ensuring batches are in good order.
• Transmit time sensitive checks using remote check deposit software.
• Sort/prepare incoming mail based on plan and procedures.
• Scan and archive prepared batches.
• Process requests with document capture/storage apps.
• Demonstrate flexibility and teamwork in supporting 529 plan business.
• Provide exceptional client service and strong problem resolution.
• Maintain detail-oriented, organized work with careful communication.
• Complete corporate training and learn systems knowledge.
• Stay up-to-date on 529 and financial services knowledge.
• Suggest improvements for quality/productivity.
• Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced team environment.
• Assist other functional areas as needed.
• Protect confidential data and ensure secure handling.
