Job summary

Catalis Regulatory & Compliance, LLC is seeking a Customer Service Account Specialist to support 529 college savings plans. You will interact with account owners, guide enrollment, and answer questions, ensuring a smooth experience. This is an in-office role with a Monday–Friday schedule (9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.).

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in customer service or financial services, strong communication, and familiarity with Excel/Word.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience in customer service or call center.
Ability to use Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

Answer inbound account maintenance and enrollment calls from account owners.
Process account maintenance documents and emails.
Educate and promote 529 plans to grow the plans.
Place outbound enrollment calls to account owners.
Research and respond to financial inquiries for account owners, managers, and client success team members.
Provide input for process improvements and/or new projects to improve quality and processing efficiency.
Provide professional high quality service to current and future account owners.
Responsible for understanding and explaining the benefits of 529 programs based on rules and regulations.
Other Duties as assigned.
