Job summary

Apara Autism Centers is looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy at the Plano Center location, 5425 West Spring Creek Pkwy, Plano, TX 75024. Compensation ranges from $17.50 to $20.50 per hour, with standard hours Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Responsibilities include carrying out treatment plans from a BCBA, tracking progress, and supporting families.

• High school diploma (Bachelor’s in related field preferred).
• Experience working with kids.
