Job summary

Apara Autism Centers is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism at our San Antonio Center. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with competitive pay and growth opportunities.

You will implement treatment plans from a BCBA, track progress, support families, and contribute to a compassionate, collaborative team focused on meaningful outcomes for clients and their families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Experience working with kids or autism is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Must communicate effectively in English to implement treatment plans and complete documentation.
