Job summary

Apara Autism Centers in Bellaire, TX is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) to provide dedicated 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism at our Bellaire Center.

You will implement treatment plans from a BCBA, track progress, and support families while working with a compassionate team that values growth, teamwork, and mission-driven care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (Bachelor’s in related field preferred).
• Experience working with kids.
• Reliable transportation & driver’s license.

Responsibilities

RBT Sign-on Bonus: $250 (You must be a registered RBT with the BACB to be eligible for the sign on bonus)
