Job summary

Apara Autism Centers in Dallas, TX is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism at the Richardson Center. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a sign-on bonus for BACB-registered RBTs.

You will implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision, track progress, and support families in achieving meaningful outcomes. A high school diploma is required; a related bachelor’s degree is preferred, and reliable transportation is necessary.

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience working with kids is desirable.
• Reliable transportation and driver’s license required.

Compensation: $17.50 - $20.50 / hour

RBT Sign-on Bonus: $500 (You must be a registered RBT with the BACB to be eligible for the sign on bonus)
