Apara Autism Centers is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our San Antonio clinic team. This full-time role focuses on delivering 1:1, play-based ABA therapy to children with autism, under the supervision of a BCBA on site.

Join us for a structured growth path, paid RBT training, and quarterly raises based on performance and attendance.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED is required; a related bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Experience with kids is preferred but not required; teachers, nannies, childcare workers are encouraged to apply.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance are expected.

Responsabilidades

• Implement treatment plans designed by your BCBA, who supervises on site.
• Collect session data and share progress with families.

RBT / Behavior Technician - Full-Time, Mon-Fri Days, Clinic-Based | Paid Training

Location: Shavano Park Center 4350 Lockhill Selma Rd, Suite 155, San Antonio, TX 78249

What You’ll Do:

What You Need:

• High school diploma or GED (a Bachelor's in a related field is a plus)
• Experience with kids is preferred but not required. Teachers, nannies, childcare workers, and camp counselors are encouraged to apply.
• Reliable transportation
• Effective spoken and written English for treatment, documentation, and communication with caregivers and supervisors
• Spanish is a plus
