The role requires strong written and verbal communication, a high school diploma, and familiarity with Salesforce; the position is full-time, on-site in Minneapolis, with a 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star customer service for post-installation services.
• Respond to customer requests via phone, email, text, website, or other company channels.
• Reach out to customers with service requirements to verify scope and schedule service visits.
• Attend and facilitate the mandatory morning Customer Service huddle.
• Provide data and feedback to leadership on service-related issues.
