United CNC Machining is seeking a highly experienced 5-axis mill-turn machinist who will program, set up, and run Mazak Integrex machines for prototype and low-volume aerospace and defense work. The machinist will program in Mazatrol and Mastercam, work with G and M codes, and machine complex parts using 2D prints, 3D models, and GD&T.

Physical demands include lifting up to 40 lbs and standing for long periods in a climate-controlled, clean manufacturing facility.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Mazatrol control and Mazak Integrex machines required.
• 5-axis Turn / Mill experience is essential.
• Knowledge of Mastercam required.
• Must be familiar with G and M codes.
• Will be required to program, set-up and run.
• Prototype and low quantity machining experience required.
• Must be able to read 2D prints and 3D models.
• Must know GD&T.
• 10 years minimum experience.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (ITAR compliant).
