Qualifications

• Experience programming and operating Mazak Integrex or similar multi-axis machines.
• Background producing aerospace or defense-grade hardware.
• Ability to manage time and priorities across multiple machines.
• Strong understanding of precision machining, setups, and process control.
• Experience working in regulated, audited environments.
• High level of personal accountability and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Program, set up, and operate Mazak Integrex 5-axis machining platforms.
• Manage multiple machines while maintaining quality and process control.
• Own parts from programming through prove-out and production.
• Support rapid R&D and prototype efforts with engineering.
• Develop machining strategies for tight tolerances and complex geometries.
• Apply GD&T accurately and consistently.
• Support first article inspections and AS9100D processes with quality.
• Maintain disciplined documentation and controlled procedures.
• Contribute to tooling, fixturing, and machining efficiency in a low-volume, high-mix environment.
