Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience programming and operating Mazak Integrex or equivalent 5-axis machines.
• Experience producing aerospace/defense hardware.
• Ability to manage time and priorities while supporting multiple machines or parallel tasks.
• Strong understanding of precision machining, setups, and process control.
• Comfort working in regulated, audited environments.
• High level of personal accountability and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate Mazak Integrex 5-axis machines to produce aerospace parts.
• Manage multiple machines concurrently while ensuring quality and process control.
• Own parts from programming through fixturing, prove-out, and production.
• Support rapid R&D and prototype work with engineering.
• Develop machining strategies for tight tolerances and complex geometries.
• Apply GD&T accurately and consistently.
• Support FAI and interact with QA during AS9100D processes.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to controlled manufacturing procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in tooling, fixturing, and efficiency in low-volume, high-mix.
