You will read drawings, select tools, monitor tolerances with precision instruments, and collaborate with engineers to resolve process issues while maintaining safety and quality in a dynamic factory setting. The role requires 3-5 years of experience, Fanuc control familiarity, forklift operation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience operating CNC HBM machinist in heavy manufacturing.
• Fanuc control experience and thorough understanding of tolerances.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, indicators).
• Forklift experience and ability to handle parts safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC HBM machines, set up, run, and inspect parts.
• Interpret drawings, manuals and specifications to determine tolerances.
• Measure dimensions with calipers and micrometers; ensure quality.
• Detect malfunctions, adjust controls, and report issues promptly.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and perform basic preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with supervisor and engineers to resolve issues.
• Operate forklift for movement of parts.
• Adhere to health, safety and environmental rules.
• Multitask in a fast-paced factory environment.
