Job summary

A manufacturing company in Tulsa is seeking a Machinist to operate CNC machine cells and perform basic setups. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience and knowledge of mechanical processes. Responsibilities include loading products, monitoring CNC operations, and performing inspections to meet specifications. Responsibilities also include basic math skills and the ability to use inspection tools. This role offers a full benefits package including allowances for safety equipment and vacation accrual.

Qualifications

• Minimal 0-2 years of experience with CNC machinery.
• Understanding of mechanical processes and hand tools.
• Experience in quality inspection processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machine cells and standalone machines.
• Prepare fixtures, cutting tools, and CNC programs.
• Perform and record inspection processes.

Skills

Basic knowledge of inspection tools

Ability to read and write English

Working knowledge of G and M codes

Introductory competence in shop math

Basic knowledge of deburr tools

Basic knowledge of part holding methods

Ability to interact with CNC controls

Education

GED or High School diploma
